My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Go ahead-- mostly due to the greatest tour guide of all time-- Alex! He was funny and knowledgeable, and clearly loves his job. It was awesome to see so much of the country, and not have to worry about transportation. Everything was excellent, from the food, to the museums, castles and Oktoberfest. I highly reccommend this tour (especially if Alex is the tour guide), and will definitely use Go ahead for all of our future international travels.

Excellant trip, WWII history of Berlin, Berlin wall, Potsdam, Dresden, Bamberg, Neuschwnstein Caslte and the Oktoberfest; all great. You just can't miss with Germany. Our second trip there. The first was the Mein - Danube river cruise.

Wonderful trip with Alex, an outstanding tour director. We saw the highlights of Berlin, Dresden, Bamberg, and Munich, and were pleasantly surprised at how much else was included. included excrusions to Weimar and Potsdam were delightful, and the optional excursions to Neufschwanstein Castle, Rothenberg, and Gorlitz were well worth the time and money spent. Our afternoon at Octoberfest was so enjoyable--even for someone who doesn't like beer! We arrived in Berlin 3 days early, which was absolutely necessary to see all that city has to offer. My only complaint is that there were no scheduled visits to the fabulous museums of Berlin or Munich, and the packed schedule left very little time to squeeze that in, so spend a little extra time in Berlin if you love art.
