awesome cruise
The cruise ship was awesome. The food was delicious and the service was great. The pace was hectic - a lot to see and absorb everyday. It would have been nice to be able to be on the ship during the day more , to be able to see the sights along the river (the ship moved at night to get us to our next city tour). For the next tour I suggest that Go Ahead and Luftner communicate better to each other so that information is sent out on a timely basis.

Terrific Danube Cruise
My husband and I truly enjoyed the trip. The scenery and historic areas were amazing! The cruise made visiting different cities very easy, returning to the same ship during the day, and not having to pack and unpack. Once we were on board, it was smooth sailing all the way.
Our guide was very helpful, being with us from arrival in Prague to departure in Budapest.

This was a fine cruise and fulfilled expectations. One slight problem was that there was initial confusion over who was responsible for options: Go Ahead or the cruise company (Lüftner). In the end it was essentially Lüftner but since Go Ahead sponsored the trip I think Go Ahead should have taken a more proactive stance in letting us know that.
